Onfitt Woman Studio

Onfitt is a women-only training studio in Valencia, with in-studio classes and an online club. They support every woman through her stage of life: pregnancy, postpartum, menopause or simply wanting to get strong.

The problem was on Instagram: there were posts that didn’t reflect the essence of the brand. The challenge was to convey an image true to what Onfitt is, and to make every post speak to its target audience.

Now every post has a clear reader. Carousels that explain what Onfitt is and who it’s for, and content for every stage: getting back to training after giving birth, abdominal diastasis or strength during menopause. Useful, approachable information, with no empty promises.

With a recognisable visual style: real photos from the studio, the brand’s serif typeface, its soft colours and the Onfitt smiley as a signature.

We speak the way Onfitt speaks: no demanding perfect bodies or impossible routines. Messages like “You don’t need to train perfectly” or “Consistency > perfection” connect with women who want to look after themselves at their own pace.

And the coaches take the lead: they are the face of the studio and the people who best convey what Onfitt is.

We designed the Onfitt bottle with the brand’s smiling flowers, so the community takes it to class and back home.

Today Onfitt’s Instagram looks like Onfitt: approachable, useful and designed for women in Valencia at every stage of life. Every month we review with the studio what worked and adjust the content, so that posts reach new women and anyone visiting the profile finds reasons to stay.
